Scott is Corgan’s CEO and critical facilities sector leader. With 29 years of experience, Scott has a strong background in large, technically challenging projects. He joined Corgan in 1989 and has been working on data center projects since 1992. In that time, Scott has been involved in over 500 data center projects encompassing over 5 million square feet of space. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Steve Hulsey joined Corgan in 1989 after graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.  Steve specializes in educational facilities projects and has led the Education Studio since 2001. In 2018, Steve was named President.

Lindsay Wilson is the Interiors Sector Leader. In 2013, she was recognized as one of the top “Women in Business” by the Dallas Business Journal for her professional acumen and community leadership. Lindsay specializes in developing the program and vision for projects and in evaluating real estate opportunities from a design perspective. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and was named President in 2018.

Bob Morris joined Corgan in 1978 as a recent graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor degree in Environmental Design. Bob was promoted to managing principal in 2000. Bob's niche focus on technology driven facilities has made him much sought after as an expert and innovator in the field, leading to the formation of the Corgan Critical Facilities Studio. Bob was elected into the AIA College of Fellows in 2010 and in 2018, Bob assumed the role of Corgan’s Chairman of the Board, and remains actively involved in the firm’s Critical Facilities Studio.

David Lind began his career at Corgan in 1977, after graduating from Ohio State University with a Master of Architecture degree. Over the past 30 years he has been involved with a number of projects, specializing in planning and design for airlines and aviation industry facilities. In 2010, David assumed the role of Corgan’s Chairman of the Board, and remains actively involved in the firm’s Aviation Studio.

Chuck Armstrong serves as design director for Corgan.  With over three decades of architectural experience, he has developed an impressive portfolio of healthcare, corporate, retail and institutional projects worldwide.  As one of the firm's most talented designers, Chuck has led design teams on a variety of complex projects and garnered more than forty awards throughout his career.

Dawn Chisholm joined Corgan in 1983 and is a principal of the Interiors Studio. She believes in building strong relationships with her clients so their goals are effectively communicated in their project’s design.  She excels in managing project teams through all phases of the project, listening to clients and ultimately bringing their vision to life. Dawn has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and is a registered architect and interior designer.

Gabe Clark was named a principal of the Critical Facility Studio in 2013. He joined Corgan in 1995 and has since been responsible for the design of over 3 million square feet of data center projects. IN a highly competitive industry, Gabe has earned a reputation for excellence amongst clients that include Bank of America, CIGNA, Merrill Lynch and Target. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.

Jim Cober holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University and began his career at Corgan in 1986.  His expertise is in the Critical Facilities practice, where he has worked with clients including  Cisco, GoDaddy, American Airlines, Wachovia and Bank of America.

Mike Connell is a Principal of Corgan’s Critical Facilities studio. His expertise in the field of data center design has been developed over the past sixteen years of specialization, giving him a key understanding of the operations of complex systems and how to design a facility to house them. He has been responsible for over 1.5 million square feet of critical facility space across the country for well-known clients such as CyrusOne, Digital Realty Trust and Eaton Data Centers. He has spoken on topics related to data center architecture for Houston Bisnow and 7x24 Exchange. On projects, Mike leverages his skills for managing project programming and planning and is instrumental in establishing and maintaining schedule and budget parameters.

Dan Drennan has been with Corgan since 1998 and was made a principal of the Critical Facility Studio in 2013. He has designed data center projects encompassing over 2,000,000 square feet. Dan has experience leading the overall design effort of numerous projects through all phases of service, including program confirmation and design of specific environments.  Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's in Architecture from Texas A&M University.

Joyce Fownes is the Office Director and Principal for the Interiors studio in Corgan’s Atlanta office. Joyce has nearly 40 years of experience designing corporate headquarters, legal and broadcast facilities, and adaptive-reuse projects. That coupled with her proven track record of building teams from the ground up make her an invaluable asset on every project, specifically highly branded environments. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Joyce has been involved in 14 million square feet of interior design work and is on the board of the American Society of Interior Designers, a member of CoreNet Global, NAIOP, IIDA, BD+C, and LEED AP.

Stephanie Garcia is a principal and the Chief Legal Officer for Corgan. Stephanie is responsible for all legal aspects of Corgan’s business operations worldwide including compliance, risk management and contracting. She is a member of the Texas General Counsel Forum, Association of Corporate Counsel and on the board of Women’s In-House Network. Stephanie is a graduate of Mississippi College School of Law.

Josh Goldman joined Corgan as Principal and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2017. Josh brings over two decades of experience delivering high-caliber Human Resources services across multiple industries. At Corgan, Josh is responsible for driving engagement, building culture, providing an exceptional employee experience, attracting and developing top talent, and managing change. Josh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute and as a SHRM-SCP through the Society of Human Resources Management.

Jeff has over 35 years of experience, focused exclusively in the area of critical facilities design and engineering. Having been involved with the design of over 200 mission critical facilities throughout the United States, Europe, Middle East, Pacific Rim, Central America and Australia, he is acknowledged as an expert in the design of innovative, energy efficient and eco-friendly data centers. Jeff is currently maintaining active architectural registrations in nine states. As a founding author, he was actively involved in the establishment of the first nationally recognized Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers. The standard, known as ANSI/CSA/EIA/TIA-942 Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers, is an official US and Canadian standard for data center infrastructure acknowledged by ANSI (American National Standards Institute), CSA (Canadian Standards Association), EIA (Electronics Industries Alliance) and the TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association).

Mary Hart has been with Corgan since 1997. Throughout her career, she has built a diverse portfolio from office, adaptive re-use, data center, and control centers to facility assessments, hangars, and warehouse projects. This broad experience gives her an understanding of project complexities and the ability to think outside the box to develop the right solution. Mary has a unique ability to identify what needs to be done and develop a plan to get there. Perhaps it’s her military career, a 22-year career in the National Guard, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the C4I field (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) including deployments to Bosnia and Iraq and pre-deployment surveys in Afghanistan, that gives her such strong project management skills. Additionally, Mary is passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility and leads Corgan’s CSR Program. She is a Corporate Advocate with The Real Estate Council and has recently served on the Architecture, Consulting, and Engineering (ACE) Mentorship program board. Awards and honors include Business Design & Construction’s 40 under 40 Award (2006), Leadership Dallas Program (2008), The Bronze Star Medal (2005) and two Meritorious Service Medals (2000 and 2010). Mary holds a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration, Green Development from Marylhurst University, Portland, Oregon.

Brent Kelley leads Corgan's Los Angeles office and has been heavily involved in major aviation projects across the country. With over 26 years of experience on a wide range of projects, he has developed an impressive portfolio and knowledge in aviation and corporate facilities. Recent projects include LAX Terminal 5 Renovation, DFW International Terminal D, and SMF Terminal B, where he served as Project Manager and Design Director for the Big Build Program at Sacramento International Airport.

Tina Larsen has 32 years of experience in the design of healthcare facilities. In that time she has managed, coordinated and led teams on a wide variety of complex medical projects, defining and refining operational practices related to the opportunities and constraints of the built environment. She is an expert in her field, a team builder and an asset to any project. Tina graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor's of Environmental Design degree.

Jonathan Massey is responsible for the success and continuing expansion of the firm’s aviation practice. His projects include passenger terminal planning and design, airport master planning, support facility design and operational planning. Jonathan’s focus is functional optimization and a tailored and effective passenger experience. As a leader of our international practice, Jonathan has experience in project development and execution in the UK, Middle East and China. In 2013, Jonathan was appointed to Corgan's management committee.

Bob Rayes joined Corgan as Principal and Chief Information Officer in 2015. With over two decades of experience leading change, Bob has been involved in all aspects technology including system design, software development, process improvement, and cloud-based implementations. Bob provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative and secure information technology environment that supports Corgan's goals. He holds certifications from PMI (Project Management Institute) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation for IT service management and is a licensed architect in Texas and Michigan. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technical University and is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Texas at Dallas College of Law.
