Corgan Belong
Empowering Everyone
Belong
Belong is Corgan’s initiative that celebrates and recognizes the unique attributes that make up each of us and encourages belonging so that all Corgan employees continue to feel like they are a part of a workplace that is welcoming, warm, and authentic. The sense of belonging fosters a culture that recognizes and values the intrinsic qualities that each person brings to our firm.
We believe that everyone should be welcomed and supported; that our differences not only make us who we are — they have the power to strengthen what we can be together. We’re committed to the self-reflection and ongoing actions required to create belonging — from our recruiting practices to the culture we promote to the business partners we choose.
Talent Pathways Program
The Talent Pathways Program champions student awareness, access, and opportunities with a focus on students from kindergarten through collegiate level, providing possibilities for a future in design. This includes portfolio reviews, workshop procurement, and management.
Corgan Kids: Corgan partners with Dallas ISD's Charles Rice Elementary School to pair 3rd and 5th graders — CorganKids — with Corgan employees over the course of the school year. Corgan volunteers spend their lunch hour mentoring one Friday a month with the goal of introducing students to design, professionalism, and the world outside of their neighborhood.

AD EX Architecture Camp: Corgan provides a hands-on learning program for students for the annual architecture camp. The week-long summer camp fosters creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking while offering insight into careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. Students participate in design challenges, 3D modeling, tours of downtown landmarks, and visits to local firms — gaining inspiration from real-world projects and professionals.

Hip Hop Architecture Camp: Corgan sponsored Hip Hop Architecture camp, an immersive experience that introduces young people to architecture, urban planning, and creative placemaking. During the week-long camp, our architects engaged students through hands-on activities like 3D modeling, design lessons, and office tours — fostering curiosity, creativity, and inclusion in architecture and design.
ACE Mentor Program: Corgan partners with chapters in several cities across the United States in this after-school program, mentoring students with an interest in a career in architecture, construction and engineering. Mentors connect with the students in a way that demonstrates a sincere desire to help, and a commitment to make a difference, volunteering up to 30 hours of their time during the school year.

School Pathway Programs: Corgan supports high school architecture pathway programs that introduce students to careers in design through office tours and school visits. By offering a behind-the-scenes look at the architectural process and connecting directly with professionals, students gain valuable insight into the impact of architecture and are inspired to envision their own role in shaping the built environment.
National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA): Corgan is proud to partner with NOMA on professional development initiatives that support and empower emerging designers. Through mentorship, skill-building workshops, and industry engagement, we help create pathways for and strengthen the next generation of leaders in architecture and design.

University Relationships: Corgan partners with Dallas College each year to support architecture student design reviews, and has built ongoing relationships with Tuskegee University (since 2019) and Prairie View A&M University (expanded in 2024). Through these collaborations, we engage with students and faculty through workshops, mentorship, and exposure to the design profession—broadening pathways, supporting emerging talent, and fostering the future of architecture.
Corgan embodies the values and principles that design firms aspire to achieve. Curiosity, balance, passion, and excellence. Their differentiator is their ability to put these words into action and results. For nearly two decades, Manning has had the opportunity to share our common values and forge a relationship that has lasted the test of time.
