Corgan History

Eight Decades of Innovation & Invention

Corgan history header2

Founded in Dallas in 1938, Jack M. Corgan opened the doors to Corgan with a focus on theaters and drive-ins throughout Texas and the United States. Jack set high standards for himself, giving back to the practice, and his expectations of the firm, these pillars still permeate Corgan’s philosophy and culture to this day. As one of the first ten individuals to pass the newly implemented Texas licensing exam, Jack led the firm for almost 40 years.

Corgan was conceived to anticipate emerging client needs and to respond quickly and powerfully. We've developed that agility over eight decades of continuous invention and innovation. We navigate the changes in our client’s industries and respond with new forms, spaces, and solutions. Jack Corgan and his son and successor, C. Jack, were born innovators who left an indelible imprint. Their commitment to exceptional service and client success is part of their legacy and the foundation on which we’ve built our international network of offices today.

You get repeat clients by being genuinely trustworthy and caring. You earn repeat business by taking a personal interest in the customer. The important thing is character first, then respond better than anyone else.
