Sanjeev Patel is a leader in Corgan’s Office Sector. With more than 26 years of experience, he helps shape innovative environments that balance client goals, user experience, ecological responsibility, and meaningful connections between people and place. Known for his curiosity, creativity, and collaborative leadership, Sanjeev champions design research and innovation across projects that positively influence well-being, community, and environmental performance.
Sanjeev has worked across sectors including workplace, wellness, cultural, and mixed-use projects, helping shape a diverse portfolio of award-winning work. His projects include the LEED Platinum Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness center in Bentonville, Arkansas; RTI International Headquarters in Research Triangle Park; Twelve24; Insight Global Headquarters in Atlanta; the Sarah P. Duke Garden Gateway and Duke Faculty Club at Duke University; and 601 Massachusetts Avenue in Washington, D.C. Together, this work reflects his commitment to creating places that strengthen community, create a sense of wonder and connect people to their environment through thoughtful design.
Sanjeev earned a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Virginia, where he received the Faculty Award for Design Excellence.
