Brendan Beachler is a project manager in Corgan’s Office studio in Durham. He has deep experience leading the design and delivery of workplace, mixed-use, and educational environments that emphasize innovation, sustainability, and user experience. He leads multidisciplinary teams, aligning design vision with technical execution while fostering collaboration across every stage of a project.
Driven by a deep interest in how people experience the built environment, Brendan works closely with clients and user groups to translate their needs into meaningful design solutions. He approaches each project as a unique challenge, balancing design exploration, technical precision, and thoughtful problem-solving. His portfolio spans a diverse range of commercial and institutional projects, including Southstone Yards, the first mass timber office building in North Texas; Pioneer Natural Resources Headquarters in Irving, Texas; and 725 12th Street in Washington, D.C., a next-generation workplace destination targeting LEED Platinum certification.
Brendan earned a Master of Architecture from the UCLA Department of Architecture and Urban Design and a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida School of Architecture. He is a registered architect in North Carolina and an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
