As Chief Operations Officer, Bob leads Corgan’s operational strategy, business planning, and enterprise functions that support the firm’s continued growth and long-term success. He oversees the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that help Corgan remain agile, innovative, and positioned to deliver exceptional service to clients around the world. Bob also serves as a member of Corgan’s Management Committee, helping guide the firm’s strategic direction and future growth.

Bob believes that well-run businesses create the foundation for people to do their best work. His leadership is grounded in the idea that thoughtful operations, strong governance, and smart investments in people and technology ultimately create better experiences for both employees and clients. Known for his collaborative approach and ability to connect strategy with execution, Bob helps drive initiatives that strengthen the firm internally while supporting the quality and consistency Corgan is known for externally.

With backgrounds in architecture, business, and law, Bob brings a uniquely interdisciplinary perspective to leadership and problem solving. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, and Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University as well as a Juris Doctor from University of North Texas. In addition to being a licensed architect in Michigan and Texas, he is a licensed attorney in Texas and holds PMP and NACD Directorship certifications.
