Zach Rostetter is a project manager Corgan’s Dallas Data Centers Studio. In this role, he leads complex data center projects with a focus on delivering sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Throughout his career, Zach has specialized in data center design, particularly in multi-story buildings and stacked equipment infrastructure. He considers a four-story data center connected to a six-story office in California a key project for him as he worked to maximize both site density and operational capacity. His work reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, with six consecutive projects achieving LEED certification, including multiple LEED Silver awards. His work has also highlighted a paradigm shift toward AI compute, which has driven highly dense environments across data center projects.
He earned a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University and is a licensed architect.
