Emily founded Corgan’s Workplace Strategy team, establishing a practice rooted in human behavior, change management, and organizational strategy. Under her leadership, the team developed a flexible toolkit that gathers insights based on client needs and applies a clear methodology to shape tailored, effective workplace solutions across all studios.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Emily has led strategies for organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to tech startups. She brings a distinct ability to uncover a client’s vision, interpret their brand, and push thinking around how space can better serve people and performance. Her work continues to guide clients like TIAA, State Street, and Oncor in aligning space with business goals.
Emily leads visioning sessions to define facilities-related priorities and establish project guiding principles. These become the foundation for decision-making, helping clients develop strategies that support both immediate needs and long-term ambitions.
Her work has been recognized by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and featured in Interior Design, Work Design Magazine, and I&S.
