Richard Suit

Dallas, Texas, USA 

Richard Suit is Director of Core Technology for Corgan, leading the teams that support infrastructure, endpoints, service desk, networking, AV, and security systems across the firm’s global offices. He also serves as the technology lead for acquisitions, helping integrate new teams and systems as Corgan grows. Richard helps align core technology with the firm’s IT roadmap and supports standards such as SOC 2. 

With more than 14 years in IT leadership, Richard has built a career managing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams across many industries. He work includes leading a cloud data migration that modernizes how Corgan stores and manages its data and as well as firmwide standardization efforts including privileged access management, consistent identity and file services, and refreshes of desktops, laptops, and workspace hardware. These efforts bring the firm’s offices onto common, current standards that improve security, support, and  day-to-day experience for staff. 

Richard leads with a people-first approach. He helps team members build their skills and grow into larger roles, which he considers the most rewarding part of his work. His leadership focuses on defined responsibilities, consistent ways of working, and steady growth across the team. 

Richard holds a Bachelor of Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business.
