Patrick Magness

Patrick Magness is the Office Studio Leader in Corgan’s Phoenix office where he brings nearly 30 years of expertise working across workplace, sports and recreation, health, higher education and commercial sectors. With decades of experience in Arizona, he brings a deep understanding of the region that informs every project, creating a strong sense of place. 

Patrick’s diverse portfolio has shaped his distinct ability to balance design vision with practical execution.  He is passionate about developing his teams and remains deeply engaged in the creative process to guide thoughtful exploration, evaluation and implementation of design ideas. He has been recognized in People and Projects to Know, an annual publication highlighting leaders in Arizona commercial real estate. 

Patrick earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urban-Champaign. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects’ Phoenix Metro Chapter. Patrick is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserves.
