Ed Napier leads Corgan’s Orlando Education studio bringing more than 20 years of experience in architecture and construction administration to design efforts across K-12 and higher education markets. Under his leadership, design teams create innovative environments that bring learning, community, and long-term adaptability to life.
Ed brings a comprehensive expertise in project delivery, from early stakeholder engagement and regulatory processes through on-site coordination and completion. He is particularly passionate about creating engaging, forward-thinking learning environments that support the needs of 21st-century students. Notably, he was part of the team that delivered Innovation High School, the largest high school ever built in Orange County, Florida. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Ed is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, resilient educational environments that serve students, educators, and communities alike.
Ed earned a Master of Architecture from Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture and Environmental Design from Bowling Green State University. Beyond his professional work, Ed is engaged in education foundations across Central Florida, furthering his commitment to the communities he serves.
