Shannon Robinson

Shannon Robinson is a project manager in Corgan’s Office studio in Durham where she brings a unique perspective to architecture through her background in engineering, construction management, and design. Her multidisciplinary experience enables her to approach complex challenges with both technical precision and creative problem-solving, helping clients successfully navigate projects from early planning through construction.

Shannon's portfolio spans a diverse range of corporate, workplace, mixed-use, and institutional projects. Her experience includes leading projects such as 301 Hillsborough at Raleigh Crossing, 3800 Glenwood Avenue and North Hills Innovation District Expansion in Raleigh, the Garden Gateway at Sarah P. Duke Gardens in Durham, NCR Global Headquarters in Atlanta as well as multiple workplace developments across the Southeast. Through these projects, she has developed expertise in delivering environments that promote innovation, collaboration, wellness, and long-term organizational success – driven by her belief that great design begins with meaningful relationships, both with clients and within project teams.

Shannon earned a Master of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from Columbia University. Beyond her project work, she is passionate about strengthening the profession and building a collaborative office culture. She is an active member of AIA Triangle and NC NOMA, mentors emerging designers through academic engagement and design reviews at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and NC State University and supports outreach initiatives such as NOMA’s Project Pipeline that introduces the next generation to the field of architecture.
