A modern, light-filled work home with outdoor haven and waterfront views.

The site for this new corporate campus boasts sweeping waterfront views, rolling hills, and majestic oak trees. The client wanted its new facilities to coexist with the native landscape and to allow employees to take full advantage of the natural amenities that surround it, so it was essential that the design maximize and pay homage to the landscape while still reflecting the modern and sophisticated character of the company. This became the centralized design theme, integrating natural elements through native wood and limestone with clean lines and soft curves. Indoors, a seamless connection to nature is made through the abundant glass facades, outdoor terraces, and infusion of natural light. Walking trails, accented with native plants, draw employees outdoors to experience all the campus has to offer. The campus provides an elevated experience through branded environments that include open collaboration spaces, lounges, and additional amenities. Providing amenities for 2,600 employees to enjoy was a key driver for the campus, so we developed a central amenities building ideal for employee connection. All-hands meetings and presentations can take place in the large multi-purpose room or training facilities. It is also complete with virtual classrooms, a coffee bar, cafe and dining space, and locker room.
