One Williams Center Repositioning

Raising OWC's level of amenity services to tenants and the entire Downtown Tulsa community.

Williams Companies engaged Corgan to design the renovation of One Williams Center's existing plaza level lobby into a Class A lounge with indoor fireplace and conference room, and the conversion of plaza level office space into a food hall, including six food vendors and a large dining room.

The existing rooftop converted to an outdoor terrace with native Oklahoma landscape features, stone finishes, steel pergolas, an outdoor fireplace, and ample seating. The design concept focused on combining local history with modern appeal and space desirability.
