Chad Bunnell
AIA
Vice President, Project Manager
As a project manager in Corgan’s Dallas Data Centers Studio, Chad possesses extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of large hyper-scale data center design, master planning, and construction administration. He applies a focused and disciplined approach to project execution, expertly guiding teams through document development and consultant coordination. Throughout this process, he collaborates closely with clients to ensure project goals are realized.
Strategically based in Abilene, TX, Chad is well-positioned to serve the growing trend of clients moving to rural areas such as West Texas. His particular interest lies in integrating sustainable systems, specifically developing sites that leverage the abundant solar and wind power resources available in the region.
Despite his involvement in numerous high-profile data center projects, Chad considers a recent data center campus in Sterling, Virginia, a significant achievement. This project encompassed two buildings with a total capacity of 72MW and incorporated an on-site gas-powered plant for independent power generation, the first of its kind in the area.
He earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas in Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University.
