Mantua Mixed-use Development Master Plan

Corgan provided master planning services on a new development, Mantua. The scope involved taking a closer look at a 100-acre tract that includes a mixed-use program of office, hotel, retail, and multi-family. At a larger scale, Mantua is planned to cover approximately 2,000 acres for single-family residential homes, 675 acres for commercial space, as well as 275 acres of parks, lakes, and creeks. In total, the Mantua development consists of several million square feet of office, retail, and mixed-use, connected by more than 15 miles of roads.
