Financial Company Office

Creating connection through technology and spaces to encourage collaboration. 

Having built a strong relationship with this financial client through our partnership on its new 1 million-square-foot headquarters campus, they turned to Corgan for Phase 3 of this 50-acre corporate campus. The campus had two existing offices, one amenity building and two parking garage buildings. Phase 3 involved the addition of a 190,000-square-foot, five-story office building with a lower level utility and loading zone and a new 1,366-car parking garage.

This building houses the company's technology groups, so a key driver was to create a space that blends the local culture with the tech needs of the users. The design features a large amount of open collaboration space with movable technology and writable surfaces. Flexibility was also key, so the design features several collaboration zones with open conference space defined by furniture so that additional workstations can easily be built out in the future.
