A technology-enabled operations hub supporting autonomous transportation and 24-hour logistics.
Corgan designed Waymo's first autonomous trucking hub in North Texas, creating a purpose-built facility that supports the deployment, maintenance, programming, and operation of next-generation self-driving vehicles. Developed on a nine-acre site, the facility serves as a central operations hub for autonomous trucking activities, bringing together technical staff, fleet operators, maintenance personnel, and logistics teams within a single integrated environment.
Designed to accommodate more than 100 autonomous trucks and support continuous operations, the facility includes office space, service bays, fueling infrastructure, IT support areas, vehicle charging stations, fleet parking, security systems, and circulation zones optimized for large-scale vehicle movement. The hub enables vehicle maintenance, software updates, operational oversight, and logistics coordination while providing flexibility for future growth and expansion.
By integrating workplace, technology, maintenance, and operational functions into a single facility, the project demonstrates Corgan's ability to create environments that support emerging technologies, complex operational workflows, and evolving business requirements.
