Paul Foley is Corgan’s Dublin Data Centers Studio Leader, where he brings nearly 30 years of experience in architecture, design, and project delivery. Paul plays an integral role in guiding and growing Corgan’s data center practice across Ireland, the U.K. and Europe. His strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style help strengthen internal teams, establish client partnerships, and ensure design excellence across every stage of his projects.
Paul’s diverse background in architectural technology and design has given him a deep understanding of how to manage large-scale, technically demanding projects. Committed to sustainable and high- performance design, Paul brings an intentional and forward-thinking perspective to each project. He leads with a hands-on approach and is passionate about fostering productive and collaborative environments for his teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from Technological University Dublin.
