Architecture

Skybox's development in Houston, Texas features four 9,800-square-foot data halls using long span structure to create an efficient column-free data hall for maximized cabinet configurations. The building envelope, data center, and office are hardened to withstand 190 MPH winds and utilizes composite concrete roof deck and dual membrane roofing. Physical security at the facility is designed around concentric boundaries starting at the site fence perimeter, building perimeter, data center, and the data halls.

Each data hall is supported by its own dedicated mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
