A flexible, high-tech, employee-driven workspace promoting collaboration and wellness.

This new facility consolidates Fort Worth and Dallas locations into a single, first-class operation for KXAS, strategically positioning the broadcast company to better serve its viewers and advertisers in look toward the future.

The building is cutting edge, with an iconic transmission tower reminiscent of mid-century modern architecture from the era in which the news studio first opened its doors. The interior includes space for news studios, an open news desk, office space for sales and marketing in addition to flexible meeting spaces, and an employee fitness center. White, exposed ceilings and expansive windows allow the spaces to be flooded with light, creating a sense of vibrancy to the facility.

Corgan partnered with NBC Universal to develop a detailed month‑by‑month strategy that employed a number of communication avenues – web, video, email, an more. The high touch change management plan focused on keeping employees informed of the changes ahead and led to a highly successful project.
