Corgan was engaged to provide workplace strategy and interior design services for Stryker’s new 250,000-square-foot facility in Flower Mound, an advanced workplace and technology hub that integrates office, research and development, manufacturing, customer experience, training, and distribution functions. Approximately 78,000 square feet is dedicated to office space, while 112,000 square feet supports the manufacturing, assembly, storage, and distribution of Stryker’s integrated surgical suite technology and hospital beds. The facility also includes R&D laboratories, an iSuite operating room for technology demonstration and development, a Customer Experience Center that provides an immersive look at Stryker’s iSuite technology, dedicated training suites, and 60,000 square feet of shell space positioned for future growth.
