SAT TRP1 is a ground-up building on a master planned campus located in Bexar County, San Antonio consisting of a two-story data center and office space. Corgan faced a design challenge when one tenant needed isolated access to the data hall along with private loading docks, lobby, amenities, and security measures. Corgan implemented these even through the fast-track schedule. Corgan was able to complete schematic design, design development, and construction documents in just four months.
