Employee-centered design prioritizing balance, security, and sustainability.

The LEED Gold headquarters for American Airlines Federal Credit Union offers a stunning gateway to its new corporate campus. The building bends to welcome visitors and opens in the center to reveal a monumental staircase illuminated by skylights. Both private and open office spaces are encapsulated with ultra-clear large-format vision glazing to maximize views and daylight harvesting enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor environments. Adjacent gardens and activity lawns offer connections to walking trails and outdoor areas complemented by a lush native landscape, while the building provides light, airy spaces and encourages social connection, collaboration, and respite throughout the workday.

It’s a rich building, in a building type that is rarely rich. The standard of professional competency is really, really high.
