Dana Wellman is a Project Manager in the firm’s Dallas Aviation studio, where she plays a key role in guiding project approach and aligning teams around the needs of aviation projects. She supports clients and teams by coordinating planning, design, and construction efforts while maintaining clarity throughout the process.
Dana has more than ten years of experience focusing on aviation planning, design, and construction services. She has worked on more than 20 airport campus facilities — both domestic and international — across a range of project types, including terminal renovations and expansions, campus master planning, airline clubs and third-party lounges, wayfinding, aircraft rescue and firefighting facilities, snow removal equipment storage buildings, and parking structures. Dana is recognized for a practical, detail-oriented approach and an ability to navigate the operational, regulatory, and coordination challenges unique to active airport settings.
Dana earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas and participated in a study‑abroad program through the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen. Dana brings a global perspective to aviation work and is committed to thoughtful planning, clear communication, and collaborative project environments that support both operational performance and passenger experience.
