The first space of its kind for this company, Corgan worked with JDA to help them navigate the intricacies of developing the program and subsequent design for this technology-infused Customer Experience Center dubbed "JXC." The project includes a guest reception, lounge area, variety of huddle and phone rooms, experience room, large 30-person boardroom as well as office space for product developers complete with a beverage bar and supporting meeting spaces. The experience center is used by employees nationally to showcase the partners and technologies JDA is currently working with. Large touch screen displays constructed within DIRTT walls, adjustable furniture, and movable lighting support the project’s key driver of “ultimate flexibility.” The office space has an incubator feel with capacity for 40 team members. It continues with the theme of flexibility through the use of height-adjustable tables on casters, dual monitor arms, mobile box file with cushion top for guest seating, and floor core power. This allows users to customize their own space without reliance on facilities personnel to make furniture moves.
