First Look: A Tour Through TIAA’s Frisco Corporate Center
After announcing in 2022 that it was bringing a North Texas employee center to The Star in Frisco, TIAA tapped Corgan to create a state-of-the-art environment as questions swirled around the future of office use. That mission became even more critical in the wake of TIAA’s decision to close its regional office in Denver and shift 1,000 jobs to North Texas.
TIAA was a highly collaborative client, said Strain, a principal for workplace strategies at Corgan. “That’s what stuck with me, in terms of what was really special about them—they knew who to bring, and we knew who to bring, and jumped right in and started there,” she said.
