Architecture and Design Firm Corgan Deepens Orlando Presence with New Office
Global architecture and design firm Corgan has relocated its office to the heart of downtown Orlando. The 20,000-square-foot workplace is a fitting home dedicated to strengthening Corgan’s ability to serve aviation and transportation, data centers, workplace and education clients throughout Florida and the Southeast. Located at The Exchange on Orange, a premier workplace formerly known as SunTrust Center, Corgan’s new office is home to 45 employees with additional growth anticipated.
“Orlando is a dynamic hub for design, innovation, and global business, making it a natural place for Corgan to grow,” said Lindsay Wilson, President of Corgan. “Relocating our Orlando office to a new, larger space reflects our long-term commitment to deepening our roots in the region. We are building our presence in Florida to better support our Orlando team, serve our clients, attract top talent and make a lasting impact across the Southeast.”
Designed by Corgan, the workplace is rooted in a color palette that draws inspiration from Florida’s landscape of citrus groves, representing a vibrant environment that drives ingenuity and creativity, while cultivating a sustainable future in Central Florida. A dedicated model shop that supports 3D printing and fabrication, a materials library, and amenities such as a work cafe designed to enhance engagement and productivity and a large, welcoming lobby are featured in the space. The studio reflects the firm’s commitment to crafting spaces that inspire creativity and foster collaboration.
Corgan's work in the Orlando area includes renovations at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and designing data centers for leading colocation and hyperscale providers throughout the region. The firm's portfolio also includes the development and renovation of Orange County Public Schools' School of Arts and Entertainment at Cherokee, the nation's first stand-alone public arts and tech high school, scheduled to open for the 2028-29 school year, and work at the University of Central Florida.
