As a senior project manager in Corgan’s Atlanta Education Studio. Simon brings a diverse portfolio of experience to his role spanning commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, multifamily, public assembly, high-end residential, and workplace projects nationwide — anchored by a unifying approach that integrates design excellence with disciplined operational management.
With over two decades of experience, Simon combines executive-level oversight of practice operations with hands-on technical expertise. He is known for aligning design innovation with business fundamentals, optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and financial stewardship to enhance client value. His ability to manage budgets, streamline processes, guide and mentor teams are a means to supporting client’s priorities with an efficient, collaborative, experienced and sensitive approach.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University, remains active in the professional community as a mentor, board member, director and advocate for AIA Atlanta, AIA Georgia, the Architectural Foundation of Georgia, Georgia for Learning (GA4LE), CoreNet Global Atlanta, and Kennesaw State University’s College of Architecture and Construction Management.
