Jon Magruder is a project manager in Corgan's Dallas Data Centers studio. He oversees project coordination and manages resources across all phases of delivery, anticipating and aligning client expectations while fostering collaboration and performance excellence throughout the project team.
With nearly 10 years of experience, Jon has developed a focused expertise in data center and critical facilities architecture. He works closely with project teams to study sites, develop design solutions, and produce project documents, coordinating with consultants from early design through construction administration. His attention to detail and commitment to project delivery have made him an instrumental contributor to some of Corgan's most technically demanding work. Jon has worked on a wide scale of projects with an emphasis on fast delivery. He has a track record of sustainable design including LEED Gold, Green Globes Certified, and Mass timber buildings.
Jon earned a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a leader of the Data Center Young Professionals DFW Chapter.
