Andy Yeh

Andy Yeh is an Associate Principal in Corgan’s Workplace practice in Washington DC. Andy brings deep experience working with both end‑user tenants and landlords, helping position and reposition buildings for competitive leasing. His understanding of real estate from both sides of the transaction allows him to advise clients strategically—always through the lens of a business owner and trusted partner.

Andy approaches his work with an integrated design and business mindset and enjoys recognition in the industry with an award-winning track record of AIA, IIDA and NAIOP recognitions across multiple project typologies.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a Registered Architect in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the International Interior Design Association, is NCARB certified and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
