QTS Project Granite Data Center

As the most connected data center in the southeast, Corgan worked with QTS to master plan and build the Atlanta data center in two phases. Located adjacent to the Atlanta Beltline Trail, this facility incorporated masonry into the façade to fit into the surrounding neighborhood, while planning for transit and walking trails to be incorporated across from the site in the future.

Built on a former rail yard, the 495,000-square-foot data center was purpose built on 100+ acres and took nine months from groundbreaking to first tenant move-in. Just minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Airport, Corgan is proud to work with QTS to connect the community while providing aesthetically pleasing data center designs in Atlanta.
