DWC Al-Maktoum Peer Review / Design Assistance

Envisioning a new aviation hub in Dubai.
Corgan served as part of the design management team for a new 400-gate airport (Al-Maktoum) in Dubai. This new airport has been established as the future hub for Emirates Airlines and will be comprised of four separate 100-gate concourses connected via an APM system.

These concourses are designed around an A380 fleet and include numerous passenger amenities and service innovations. Corgan provided a strategic review of proposals and design coordination on the concourse, terminal, and landside functionality.
