Greg Hulne is an Associate Principal and Senior Project Manager in Corgan’s Aviation practice. He brings more than 35 years of expertise in design, planning and project management of aviation facilities that respond to real-world operational needs, drawing on close collaboration with airport stakeholders, airlines, and consultant teams from early planning through completion.
With expertise in architecture and aviation-focused project delivery, Greg brings deep technical knowledge and sound judgment to complex, active airport environments. His problem-solving experience combines programmatic, aesthetic, technical, and sustainable principles to provide integrated design solutions. Greg utilizes information-based and integrated design processes to maximize life-cycle use, minimize energy-use, and optimize facility flexibility and efficiency.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from North Dakota State University. A licensed architect in multiple states, he is also a Certified Interior Designer (MN). He also holds LEED AP B+C credentials, and his professional affiliations include active membership in AIA and NCARB. Beyond his project work, he is committed to mentoring emerging professionals and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within the aviation studio.
