Stream DFW VII Data Center

We partnered with long-term client, Stream Data Centers, to design a new greenfield data center. The 16-acre site is master planned to house a single building with future expandability to accommodate up to 18 MW of critical load.

This facility was designed to integrate the building into the existing urban area. Concrete, metal panel, and glass materials were all incorporated into the design to give the client the timeless and technological aesthetic they were trying to achieve. The metal panel canopies that wrap the two-story office are complemented by the vertical metal panel enclosures along the adjacent parkway. All mechanical and electrical equipment was screened from public view.
