The suite life
As part of a repositioning initiative, One Lincoln, a 36-story class A office tower in downtown Boston, needed a marketing suite to help showcase its sophisticated design and cutting-edge technology to potential tenants. The 7,355 square-foot suite included nearly 50 offices, an open workspace, and various support spaces including a mail center, coffee bars, printing areas, and a wellness room. The project scope also included standard amenities such as a board room, executive office, standard private office and a huddle room to showcase the baseline aesthetic to potential tenants.

 A good impression
Upon entry to the suite, guests are welcomed in to a high-end entry and reception area that leads to numerous conference rooms and a café and catering area. The design features cool tones, natural materials — including a parquet oak floor — and other organic touches that create a serene, elevated workspace. The team also included upscale amenities including a European-style hospitality pantry, a luxe lounge, digital experience presentation area, and putting green.
