Custom meeting rooms create big impact for technology giants
This 25-year global investment firm collaborates with startups and high-growth technology companies helping them scale faster and more seamlessly than they could alone. As the trusted partner to more than 600 transformative companies including Microsoft, Dell, Intel, and Cisco, Insight Partners employs strategic marketing tactics to grow their partners' presence in Arizona’s Innovation Corridor. As one of their services, the firm engaged Corgan to design individual on-site meeting rooms custom for each client.
Eight extraordinary spaces wow clients and investors
Insight Partners allocated eight 8’x10’ conference room shells for each partner to design and use however and whenever they want. The Corgan team met with each partner team to conduct visioning sessions to understand how their space should look, feel, and function. In the spirit of friendly competition, each client wanted to their room to stand out from the rest and showcase their respective brand in a bold way. To allow the partners to visualize what was planned within their four walls, the design team created ‘dollhouse’ mockups to show the design for each room.
Top-of-the-line finishes
Each space is designed as an IT workhorse to present sales pitches and spared no expense in materiality and technology choices with budgets reaching $180,000 to $240,000 per room. Careful coordination of the design and construction was paramount in delivering the unique, state-of-the-art spaces. Comprised of high-end finishes, fixtures, and AV technology the tiny showrooms celebrate each brand, generate excitement, and create intrigue.
