Connected and Purposeful
Following the 2023 merger of HollyFrontier and Sinclair, the newly formed HF Sinclair engaged Corgan’s workplace interiors team to design a headquarters that would embody and strengthen its brand identity. While the company initially explored renewing its lease and renovating its existing offices, the schematic design process revealed that a relocation would better align with its long-term vision.
HF Sinclair ultimately selected to move to One Victory in Dallas, Texas — a 90,000 square foot space that provided Corgan’s design team with the opportunity to seamlessly weave the brand into a dynamic new workplace. Designed for approximately 400 employees, the headquarters tells a story of transformation and continuity, strategically positioned with seamless access to highways, residential neighborhoods, and vibrant entertainment options. The prime location demonstrates the client’s commitment to their workforce, providing proximity to diverse amenities including the building’s own full-service food court and fitness center.

Vision For The Future
The visioning phase established four guiding principles for the project: professional, connected, purposeful, and branded. Sophistication and energy weave together to realize Refined Urbanism – a concept emphasized through contrast, movement, and dynamic brand identity motifs.
The professional focus is reflected in a highly functional environment equipped with the right tools, technologies, and a range of spaces designed to support the firm’s future goals. Purpose-driven planning shaped a variety of flexible settings for in-person collaboration, accommodating diverse meeting styles while also providing focused individual workspaces—ensuring the office adapts to the evolving needs of work.

Connectivity is realized through intentional spatial moves, most notably a three-story feature stair that links collaborative and social spaces, reinforcing the organization’s strength and unity while providing a distinctive gathering space for all employees.
Finally, brand visibility is communicated via bold brand representation supported by subtle elements like curved walls and custom lighting. From planning to finishes, the workplace reflects HF Sinclair’s identity and heritage. A kelly green dinosaur statue, honoring the company’s iconic “DINO” greets employees and visitors alike, creating a memorable first impression. Every element was designed to express the company’s brand journey — celebrating the legacy of two historic organizations and their unification into one.
A Warm Welcome
The design prioritizes the user experience for both guests and employees, with a hospitality-driven approach that creates a seamless and welcoming journey. For guests, the experience is curated to feel concierge-like from the moment they are greeted at reception. A rich and inviting atmosphere extends into personal-use spaces, including private meeting rooms, dedicated restrooms, and an amenity bar within the hospitality zone — ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and elevated.

For employees, the journey mirrors that same hospitality ethos on a broader scale. The central feature stair is framed by meeting rooms and breakout areas and serves as a vibrant hub that fosters interaction and a sense of community across all three floors. The centralized hub offers a variety of self-service and one-touch food and beverage options, complemented by a range of spaces that support personal preferences during social or collaborative moments. Vertical circulation via the feature stair provides freedom of choice, enabling employees to navigate seamlessly between internal and external meetings while accessing hospitality zones on each floor. These spaces are designed with flexibility in mind and can function both individually and collectively to accommodate diverse meeting types and styles.

Departmental needs are addressed through tailored neighborhoods that balance shared resources with specialized environments. Many rooms are designed for dual or multi-purpose use, ensuring efficiency and adaptability. Each team — from accounting to legal to communications — benefits from workspaces aligned with their distinct styles of working. This thoughtful planning not only supports day-to-day productivity but also empowers departments to focus on long-term growth and future success.
Modern, Functional, Inspiring
The new headquarters provides HF Sinclair with a modern, dynamic environment in the heart of Dallas’ Victory Park – a dynamic area of restaurants, residences, office and entertainment facilities. Through multiple design iterations and meticulous attention to workplace strategy, lighting design, and furniture selection, the space emerged as a testament to collaborative excellence. The result is a workplace that elevates both employee experience and organizational culture while remaining deeply connected to its setting.
