Understated parking wrapped in a surprisingly modern amenity design.
Following our successful partnership of the design on this client’s 1 million-square-foot headquarters campus, which included structured parking for 2,600 vehicles, Corgan led the design of this new parking facility on the client’s Lone Tree campus in Denver, Colorado.
The project includes a five-story, 376,000-square-foot garage that accommodates approximately 1,100 spaces along with a ground-floor retail component.
The retail space includes both a conference center and exercise facility and encompasses 45,500 square feet.
