District-Wide Capacity, Conditions Assessment, and Bond Planning, Canyon ISD

Corgan conducted a district-wide capacity study, facility assessment, floor and site plan verification and update of current conditions for the base conditions assessment and documentation for the district. Upon completion of this phase of the project, Corgan developed and lead a citizens committee of over 60 individuals through a series of meetings and presentations to communicate the district’s current and future conditions and needs. At the end of the five citizens committee meetings, the committee developed a consensus recommendation to the school board for the calling of a bond election for future new projects and existing facility improvements. Corgan and our internal communications team developed all content, graphics, presentations and documentation for the entire program and lead the district through the development and refinement of this entire program. Canyon ISD passed their November 2018 bond program.
