A truly collaborative project between architectural design and engineering, this data center applied a modular concept where each data hall wing can be added as demand requires. Currently, each wing houses its own supporting electrical gear and indirect evaporative cooling units.

Built in a region known for its harsh climate led to unique design opportunities. By maximizing the free cooling and utilizing hot aisle containment as well as taking advantage of this area's natural convection and prevailing winds for exhaust, the project had a considerable amount of energy savings. In addition to energy and cost saving techniques implemented, renewable and recyclable building materials were selected to increase sustainability.
