University of St. Thomas breaks ground on $45M residence hall to double housing capacity
Construction of a nearly 100,000-square-foot residence hall, which will double the University of St. Thomas' student housing capacity, has started.
The private Catholic institution will construction the new residence hall at 1302 Sul Ross St., just north of Guinan Residence Hall. The new facility will provide 400 additional beds, doubling the capacity of on-campus student housing for the university.
