Delivering certainty in an uncertain world

2025 was the tail end of a five-year run for the architectural design firm Corgan, during which the firm opened six office locations and doubled its size. Corgan was aggressive on the acquisition front last year, purchasing Boston-based Dyer Brown and New York-based Cooper Robertson. Lindsay Wilson, Corgan’s President and Interiors Sector Leader, says these acquisitions should bolster Corgan’s market positions in hospitality, retail, and urban planning.
When we communicated with Corgan’s Wilson, her firm had more than 200 active aviation projects under way. Wilson explains that airports are prioritizing upgrades to aging infrastructure and improving the passenger experience. Corgan also expects momentum this year in higher ed and Career and Technical Education (CTE) building projects. In addition, aging K-12 schools are prompting many school districts to reinvest in developing flexible learning environments.
