Dallas architecture firm Corgan buys Fox Architects

Dallas architecture firm Corgan is buying longtime D.C. firm Fox Architects less than two years after establishing an outpost in the District.
Corgan, the fourth-largest architecture firm in the country, announced the acquisition Wednesday, calling it a “strategic addition” to accelerate its growth and market presence in the capital region. Terms were not disclosed.
“Washington, D.C., has been a priority market for Corgan, and this step allows us to accelerate the growth already underway,” Corgan CEO Scott Ruch said in the release.
