Corgan Makes Strategic Leadership Hires in Los Angeles, New York, and Phoenix

New Talent to Bolster Growth in Data Centers, Health and Office Studios

DALLAS – Global architecture and design firm, Corgan, is pleased to announce the hiring of three new leaders: Ken Clausen as Principal in Data Centers in New York, Joey Kragelund as Associate Principal and Health Studio Leader in Los Angeles; and Patrick Magness as Associate Principal and leader of the Office Sector in Phoenix. These strategic hires are set to deepen the firm’s expertise and strengthen its relationships across key markets and sectors, reinforcing Corgan’s commitment to long-term growth and client success.

Ranked the No. 4 largest architecture firm by Building Design + Construction, Corgan services clients across aviation & transportation, data centers, education, government, health, mixed-use, multifamily, office and workplace. The firm has experienced rapid growth, expanding into six new markets and doubling its headcount to more than 1,200 employees over the past five years.

DATA CENTERS

Ken Clausen joins as a Data Centers Principal in New York and brings 30 years of expertise in mission critical project management, giving him a distinct understanding of the evolving demands of the industry. Backed by his strong foundation in engineering and construction, Ken leads with a balance of technical expertise, strategic insight and a highly collaborative approach. He will lead the advancement and delivery of data center projects across one of the firm’s fastest-growing sectors.

HEALTH

Joey Kragelund has been hired as Associate Principal and Los Angeles Health Studio Leader. With more than 35 years of experience and extensive insight into the dynamic healthcare landscape, he is passionate about integrating thoughtful design principles to elevate patient experience in every space. Throughout his career, Joey has guided the planning and design of complex healthcare and government projects, delivering thoughtful, high-performing spaces.

OFFICE

Patrick Magness brings 30 years of experience and an extensive portfolio to his new role as Associate Principal and Office Sector Studio Leader based in Phoenix. His expertise across project types and established relationships will pave the way for Corgan to continue strengthening its alignment with local clients and reinforce its already strong presence in the region.
