NTT to grow data center footprint in Garland
More data center space is on the way from international telecommunications firm NTT Data.
A more than 235,000-square-foot data center will soon be in the works in Garland along Lookout Drive near President George Bush Turnpike and West Campbell Road, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The project, which has a construction cost of $42 million, is set to get underway in September. It’s expected to be finished in 2026.
Dallas-based architecture firm Corgan is leading the project’s design.
The new data center facility will sit within NTT’s 42-acre campus in Garland, where the company has previously added a nearly 230,000-square-foot tech structure.
