Dallas Luxury Project Moves Forward
Larkspur Capital is bringing online The Juniper, a 219-unit luxury community in Dallas’ Deep Ellum. The developer plans to start vertical construction on the project this month, with completion expected by mid-2026.
The development team also includes general contractor OHT Partners, architecture firm Corgan, landscape architect Garthoff Design and interior designer Faulkner Design Group.
