Architecture firm Corgan to expand HQ at Luminary in downtown Dallas
Architecture and design firm Corgan Associates Inc. plans to expand its headquarters in downtown Dallas as it continues to grow. Corgan will add 11,000 square feet on the fifth floor at the Luminary, located at 401 N. Houston St., according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Corgan, which designed the 169,000-square-foot building, has been the anchor tenant since it opened in 2019.
Lori O'Briant, spokesperson for the firm, confirmed the expansion on June 21 in a statement to Dallas Business Journal. "We are expanding into additional space on the 5th floor," O'Briant said. "Corgan is experiencing significant growth locally and throughout the U.S. and we plan to fill that space as our teams continue to expand."
Construction of the space is expected to begin June 30 and be completed by the start of 2025, according to the filing. The project has estimated cost of $1.85 million. Following the expansion, Corgan will occupy more than 107,000 square feet in the Luminary, according to O'Briant.
