How Corgan’s Lindsay Wilson creates spaces employees want to return to
As companies rethink the office in a post-pandemic world, Lindsay Wilson is helping shape the future of work one transformative space at a time.
The president of Dallas-based Corgan, a global architecture firm with 20 offices, Wilson also leads the firm’s interiors practice. Over her 17 years at Corgan, she has guided headline projects for industry leaders such as Southwest Airlines, Fossil Group and Toyota, creating environments that reflect culture while driving business results.
“Good design helps enhance the employee experience,” Wilson said. “Because of the higher expectations for workspaces today, smart businesses look for ways to ensure technology and connectivity are part of the design plan to encourage their workers to actually want to be in the office.”
