Tim Narey
ARB
Associate Principal
As an Associate Principal within Corgan’s Aviation & Transportation practice, Tim strengthens Corgan’s U.K. and international program as he brings more than 25 years of experience and more than £4 billion in projects delivered across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East to the firm and its clients. Tim is well-versed in the management and delivery of large-scale projects. He provides broad sector expertise around exceptional passenger experience, technically complex solutions and sustainable operations in a full multi-modal environment.
Tim’s experience spans aviation, rail, metro, and cultural work, including the £1.2 billion Manchester Airport Transformation Programme, London Heathrow’s Terminal 2 Interchange, Doha Metro’s flagship Msheireb Station, and the U.K.’s renowned eco-visitor destination, The Eden Project. He also worked on Farringdon Station on London’s Elizabeth Line, which won the Concrete Society Award and — as part of the central stations design — the coveted Stirling Prize in 2024. Tim is passionate about creating designs that endure, and his work is informed by understanding a project’s site and context to provide a deeper connection to its environment and history.
